Webafrica is useless!

I don't understand why it is so difficult to just get things done right? Thousands of companies are able to function perfectly.... what is wrong with Webafrica? Why do I have to constantly communicate the same issues over and over again. If you are looking for fibre, DO NOT use Webafrica. Customer Services are non-existent.
