Webafrica is useless!!!!

What's happened to customer service webafrica? I have tried to transfer my fibre to Lte since January 16 and still no wifi. I am now trying to cancel this non existent service due to pure frustration and there are no helpful agents! Your WhatsApp webchat is the worst ineffective platform for customer service!!!!!! I am soooo frustrated! But yet you still charge me for these non existent services!!!!
