Webafrica is useless

The most appauling customer service (if it even exists at all!) I have ever experienced! There is absolutely no way one will manage to get any real assistance on the whatsapp line, which seems to be the only way of contacting them. They keep closing calls I apparently logged, stating that they could not get a response from me, even though it is I that get no response from them! I am caught in a debit order with them that I cannot exit, because they actually want me to courier the second-hand router back to them that I have probably paid off several times already! Somebody needs to urgently take this company to task to sort it's **** out! Service is so bad now, it's boerderline ********!
