Webafrica is useless

My Wi-Fi hasn't been working for 5 days! We have messaged the Webafrica chat on whatsapp and spoken to 9 different agents who keep saying we have caused the router to loose settings , we have had to reapply various settings and have had no change upon agent 9 helping it was figured out that the fault is on their technical side and that their technicians have closed the ticket as resolved , they do not work over weekends so we have to be patient as they escilate it on monday and that there will then be a 4 day waiting period for restoration rendering me without wifi services which im paying for , for a total of 10 days , utterly pathetic service for Webafrica would not reccomend their services to anyone looking for wifi
