Webafrica is truly clueless. Avoid them at all cost unless you want slow service, arrogance and ignorance

Dino Fernandez closes open complaints by giving me the number I am complaining about.a wall is more intelligent than the entire webafrica put together. Now I cant downgrade before the first, which I was told I could, now it changed to the 20th... yet it is not in writing anywhere. The whatsapp number is useless, and if you choose cancel you get no replies. So they will have to cancel it from their end and seeing as he basically said they will decide when I dowgrade and what happens, there will be no money for them to deduct. I am certain the line will be cancelled immediately. At least I have all my proof, so they can do the work on my behalf. And because of that utter arrogance the December unauthorized payment will be reversed tomorrow.. and they must take thag voip that I still don't have from my name also. Please save yourself so much hassle and stay away from this company tgat has zero customer support...I can't wait to see what the ombudsman says, especially when i send my speed tests - I even had a 3rd party come in to do just that. And why if I complain about their whatsapp number is it resolved if he sends the same whatsapp number...No service = no money.
