Webafrica is the worts ISP EVER!!!!

Webafrica is the worst ISP I've ever encountered. The WhatsApp system is the worst, you get help and let the person on support know what your problem is, then they chat with you and after half an hour they say, they will forward you to the right department. I've downgrade my package from 150GB to 100GB which they say on the website it will only be of effect at the end of the month then two days down the line the service has been downgraded and they can't fix it. You cant get hold of them on the phone, when I activated my service with them it almost took 2 weeks. Please if you read this do yourself a favor and stay far away from Webafrica. I can't even give them 0 stars 1 star is too many.
