Webafrica is the worst service provider for Fibre

They have the worst service , I've been waiting over 40 days to have a fibre line installed.

Trying to get any communication from them is useless, they have automated all their methods of communication so when you try and get any answers you are either transfered to a different department or get send robot messages via WhatsApp all so they don't have to actually deal with your issue.

However try getting a new service and a sales rep contacts you immediately, but once you have paid they can give a flying F#@$.
