Webafrica is the worst service provider

With our previous wifi provider we didn't have any problems for 4 years. We moved to Edenvale and decided to use Webafrica, we've had them for 8 months; we've had 4 outages for about 4-6 days. Our premium went up with R400 without notice and you can't contact them. You can only speak to them on WhatsApp so it's automatic response so it's not helping much. Our WiFi went off on Saturday 10:00 and it's Monday and no one has even responded to me.
