WebAfrica is the worst provider you will ever find!!!!

In April this year, I helped my sister set up her account with webafrica we ordered a 10 mbps fiber line we had One month of service and during that month We have logged numerous Tickets concerning the fact that they did not debit the account as it was set up on debit order we asked them if they could provide us with account details since the debit order was not working so that we can pay for the service however (THIS IS WHAT THIS COMPANY DID) They refused to give us account details to make payment they did not investigate why the debit order isnt working infact they did nothing at all to assist us in making payment they then suspended the service after we looged more then 3 tickets concerning this matter with noone getting back to us eventually when they did get back to us they refused to give us the account details so we said okay well since we cant make payment and you dont want to sort it out we signed up with a different provider which had the same issue however MWEB had no problem resolving the debit issue and have been with them since then no problems what so ever.

THIS IS WHERE WEBAFRICA BECOMES A DIRTY!!!, *****ED!!! THEIVING COMPANY!!!!

they now want us to pay R4976.00 for ONE month of useless service which we couldnt pay even if we wanted to!!! This does not end here they went further to go and put My sister under judgement, they consistantly HARRASS my sister via Tellephone, for their own mistakes they did not assist us what so ever during the first month that we consistently tried to get the payment issue sorted out they did not even try to assist us and then this???

Take my words don't use them!!!! ill never recommend them use any of their services even if they the only internet provider i will refuse!!!!

further the services used that we do owe them but cant even pay them since they dont want assist us in anyway to make the payment should be R729.00 only because thats what we used what is the rest of that amount for???
