Webafrica is the worst provider

Worst Provider I have signed up with. I signed up with them using Vumatel hardly had internet maybe once or twice a week if lucky when I told them I want to move properties they wanted to make me pay R2724.00 for a "clawback fee" for what I hardly used the service as there was never internet access. Now I have managed to move properties and went with web Africa again thinking different provider but the same ISP, they now bill me again for the first cancellation fee of R2724.00 and tell me if I dont pay it my service will be suspended. If I want to cancel now I have to pay another R2724.00 "Clawback fee" I have had endless problems with the ISP their whatsapp line is the worst I have ever seen with a ridiculous response time. Well if im experiencing this poor service no wonder their whatsapp lines are busy.
