WEBAFRICA IS THE WORST PRIVIDER IN SA!

If I could give a 0* rating, I would. I am absolutely disgusted by the services I have received. It was such a struggle just to get my router activated and took them up to 2 weeks for an activation ONLY. I was **** to by multiple consultants each one telling me something different. I was yelled at by consultants who was supposed to help. Then I was billed 2 days after activation after being told my first payment was meant to go off on the 1st of March. That is after I had spent R400 on phone calls trying to get to speak to someone. That's besides the stupid chat where they help absolutely no one. I was told 3 times I was going to he called by a manager, I am still waiting to this day. And now after not even being with then dor not even 3 weeks I'm disconnected on and off the whole day. I honestly don't understand how they are even getting people to join. They have no good sense for their clients, no assistance and they just take money without any kind of contract that states they will deduct the money. I am a reasonable person who will undertsnd if I'm told upfront this is what will happen. But I promise I was **** to litterally 5 times and more then that told by different people several different things. I am disgusted and would never ever recommend anyone taking these services.
