Webafrica is the worst of the ISPs

All ISPs get terrible reviews, but my experience with Webafrica has by far been the worst. At least you can contact SuperSonic and Afrihost fairly easily. Webafrica make you use their WhatsApp chat which their agents hardly ever reply to. I'd rather wait on the phone for an hour to finally speak to someone than send my problem through only for the chat to inform me that the agents are busy about a day later. Stay far far away
