Webafrica is the worst ISP you can ever sign up with

A word of warning, 'Stay away from Webafrica'. I was with Webafrica for almost 8 months. During the 8 months the connectivity was terrible. The WiFi would suddenly drop while I was in meetings etc.

When I canceled with them, they would claim they have canceled and released my line but this wasn't the case.

It's horrible.
