WebAfrica is the WORST ISP out there !

I have been experiencing internet problems since the day I got the wifi from them ,I just let it go and soon after I started to realize they are a bunch of ******** taking your money and giving you a 10th of what you pay for. I had a 20MBps fibre connection with them and kept having problems with anything I do on the internet ,from watching Youtube to playing games, everything struggled to load in with the TERRIBLE INTERNET, so I then recently upgraded to their 200MBps Fibre but still facing the same problems all over again but just getting more and more lags all over ,and 40% of the times my internet will just completely disappear for long periods of time. I have contacted them many-many-many-many times, I am not even over exaggerating when I say 40+ times ,they just keep saying it should be on my side because they see no problem from their side, even though my friends who also have webafrica at their homes have the same problems. I have even tried cancelling my service from them but then they said I will have to pay R1100 for the internet fee + R1700 for the installation fee and R1000 for their bad router, even though they said everything is completely free and there is no contract attached. If I could have gave them 0 stars then I would have.
