WEBAFRICA is the worst ISP in Africa

Very bad service that i had to run to hellopeter to complain.

The move your fibre was a disaster. They didnt inform me that the 4mps will no long be available. No 10mps line as well. Forced upgraded my account which increased my subscription by 65% with no consent or communication. Spent over 30mins waiting for a whatsapp response only to be cut off. Called and spend over 40mins with nobody answering. 3 emails send to a retention agent without a response. WEBAFRICA is the WORST!!!
