WEBAFRICA IS THE WORST ISP EVER!!!

WebAfrica provides absolutely no option for customers to receive actual technical support, as you are forced to deal with a bot. No "agent" ever responds on the WhatsApp live chat option to assist you, and you even have to use this way of cancelling the service, which means you spend hours on hold, or waiting for someone to reply to you on WhatsApp. It is an abuse of technology, contravenes the Consumer Protection Act, and is the worst service I have ever received from an ISP. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!!!
