WebAfrica is the worst Internet service provider

WebAfrica has terrible customer care. I have been waiting for a router for over a month. They keep sending me from pillar to post. The worst part is that they have billed me for a service I do not yet have. I paid an activation fee and to my suprise, my account was billed for internet service I have not used. They also don't have a phone line, only a whatsapp line, which never gets answered.
