Webafrica is the worst internet service provider!!!

Be fore you sign up to webafrica for their internet service I hope you come across my review.

I’ve had no internet connection for the past 6 days. You cannot phone them, you must speak their agents via WhatsApp Then they ask you to do all sorts of technical work to trouble shoot, I did this for 6 days straight. Everyday I wake up and I trouble shoot faults for webafrica and then they tell me they’ve opened a ticket to escalate the issue. They will then close the ticket as a resolved issue without checking with you the client. You contact them again via WhatsApp to find out about the escalation and ask why are they sending you an email to say the matter has been resolved,they apologise and ask you to do another round of troubleshooting. Troubleshooting does take the whole day You cannot go to the shop or do your actual work, no you must do theirs. I am still without internet it’s 3pm of the 6th day going on 7th.
