WEBAFRICA IS THE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Order number *** When I ordered this on the 8th of Feb, I was told a maximum of 14 days of installation time. After sale was made, it is now 14 working days. Their website states 7 days installation, I am way passed that. What is just infuriating me is the level of service I received after making the sale. No one is communication with me. We can not plan anything because we have no idea if you are going to install. Warren who sold the package to me is now just saying it is in progress. I've chatted this morning with the customer service on whatsapp. I started at 07h10 with Abulele W and he asked me my cell number and address. It is now 08h00. 50 minutes of wasting my time and still no feedback. I think this is the worst service I've ever experienced and I am still a new customer...can you imagine down the line. I REALLY would warn people to rather look somewhere else. You as a customer means nothing to this company and they will break the SLA with you after you join.
