Webafrica is the worst. I work from home but haven’t been able to do so in the past 2days

I am having the worst experience with Webafrica. My line has had a fault since the 6th of November. I work from home and obviously by virtue of that I cannot perform my duties. My days are unpaid as it is because no one wants to attend to my fault. The WhatsApp line isn’t really useful. Nor is the complaints line. I also googled the email address complaints portal but they came back with a response saying my email is undelivered. These people are evading liability of their own faults.
