Webafrica is the worst fiber company.

They deserve a zero star.

They are very quick in sign you up. They tell you its month to month. But as soon as you want to cancel they want to charge you R999 cancelation fee. They did not even do the fiber installation it was an existing line. I have been with then for 3 years now. Their customer service is no existing. You can only communicate with them throw WhatsApp, and they keep on telling you the same line over and over. When you ask to speak to a manager they never come back to you.

I have also been struggling with their line speed. The line speed that you are paying for you will not receive, and if you complain they will tell you that you must not use wifi you must use LAN. They are a joke.
