WebAfrica is the worst!!!

I cancelled my wifi with WebAfrica in October and gave them required 30 days notice and returned their router hardware in its original box over a month before it was due to be returned and yet they billed me R2800 without warning on 3 January 2021. Clearly they don’t tie up their own admin around returned routers. As a result of this amount being debited from my account without notification all my other stop orders did not go through! The have caused me untold hassle and chaos and now begins the fight to get my money back!
