Webafrica is the worst experience I've had with an ISP

I tried to use their service but their extremely slow customer service and slow troubleshooting really ruined the experience. They came in , fibre installed, router delivered, yet no service, i can understand that issues pop up or mistakes happen ,yet just trying to get a hold of someone to talk to was a headache, they take a while to respond, one of the agents couldnt really figure out the problem and just waited the time out and made do all sorts of tricks that led to nothing, i will never be using their services again and when I tried to cancel instead of doing so immediately I felt like I was being held hostage. They need to make their priority levels mean something and work on how their agents respond .
