If I could give an 0 I would! The service is not lacking, it is non-existant.

Do not try to get hold of someone to help as they will send you from pillar to post and they will keep you on the phone listening to chamber music for hours, until you give up. The only line that answers is the sales department, no surprise there!

The whatsapp line is a joke, instead of resolving your problem you will be spammed with irrelevant nonsense.

Keep your router, I will be using another provider.

They are the worst ever, and I have changed from another provider, what a mistake.
