Webafrica is the worst!

Webafrica have the worst support and client services of any business I have ever dealt with. Home affairs is better the web africa. 1 year ago I tried to update my line. After 4 months they had still not upgraded me...although they kept charging me for the upgrade. Now a year later I thought I would give it another try... It took 5 days to put the upgrade through but my actual speed has not changed. I have spent about an hour on the phone over the last 2 days and I am unable to get through to a single tech support agent. They are just the absolute worst internet service provider
