Webafrica is the worst.

I am so frustrated. I have dealt with many ISP's in my life. Webafrica are by far the worst. They are the only ISP available where my mother lives and I signed her up for a 100Mbps line. My mother does regular speedtests and it usually returns a result of around 25Mbps to 35Mbps. I pay full price every month and I get less than 50% of what I pay for. I honestly wish there was any other ISP in the area so that I could get rid of Webafrica. I will never recommend them to anyone and if you have any choice whatsoever avoid at all costs. The customer service to try and get this rectified is pretty much non existent as it gets escalated so many times I should be dealing with the CEO and then eventually it just goes quiet and they stop responding completely. This company should be ashamed of themselves.
