Webafrica is the worst when it comes to their refund process. The agents are clueless and the managers hides behind a 24 - 72 calback turn around time. What a joke. So now it is my responsibility to chase up and follow up on my refund. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH WEBAFRICA you will surely regret it
