Webafrica is the worst - Avoid

If you like being a client of a business that actively hides all indications of how to contact them, use webafrica. If you like slow internet that you need to contact them to 'RESET THE ONT' every few days...manually..after you complain about getting only 10mbps when you are paying for 200mbps... use Webafrica. If you enjoy being double or triple billed but when it comes to paying you back they make up every reason in the book why you were billed... use webafrica.

I have been charged and recharged and trying to speak to ANYONE who can do anything about it has been a mission. I have been asked to whatsapp some no-authority person who CAN"T resolve my billing issue and while trying to do even that the whatsapp bot would cut me off while I waited for a response. I regret using Webafrica. I only went to them because Afrihost had no coverage in my area. I have been charged clawbacks and delivery fees that I neither deserve nor asked for yet the whatsapp support ppl can't refund my monies. I plan to go there in person. It's a good thing we can't carry guns.
