Webafrica is the worst!

I am battling for days just to cancel my service....which seems like an impossible task. Tried doing it on their website (was told to do so by their sales team) only to get a message saying i must cancel it via their whatsapp line. I tried doing it via the whatsapp line but guess what there is no option available to cancel your service. The agents on the whatsapp line says it must be done on the website which i have tried numerous times. What to do now....but to struggle to get the right person to help!!!
