Webafrica is the Worst

WebAfrica is useless when they want your business they call you everyday, but you a client you can not reach them and refer you to a useless WhatsApp bot that is stupid and unresponsive. They double debited my account have have not reverse the second debit and I can reach them. They debited my account two weeks ago I still do not have fibre in my home, how do you debit someone and you don't provide them with no service. In business you take the money once the service is rendered. I hate the experience I have received
