Delayed Connection: Despite the assurance of a prompt connection upon subscription, I have been waiting for over a month without any resolution.

Lack of Communication: The lack of updates or proactive communication regarding the status of my connection has only added to my frustration. The support centre is a chat bot that is very ineffective with very long wait times.

Billing for Unavailable Services: To compound matters, I have received a bill for a service that is not yet functional.
