WebAfrica is the worst!!

I recently cancelled my service as I was paying for fibre speed that I hardly got. My new service provider cannot proceed with onboarding me, as WebAfrica has not arranged with Metrofibre to release my line. I struggled the whole day yesterday to get hold of their online agents. I have been online since 09:00 this morning, and I have tried to connect with them on Watsapp, just to request assistance. It is 11:30 now. I have been without internet for 6 days!!
