WEBAFRICA IS THE WORST

I have never in my life experienced such bad customer service as with Webafrica. I would never ever recommend them to anyone!! If I had another choice I would change ISP!! I have 2 accounts for 2 active lines at 2 different addresses and for some reason they keep canceling my other line, EVERY SINGLE MONTH!! some bright spark has now gone and done a new service and even sent a new router to the house and I get messages saying the installation will be done shortly??? Let's not even talk about the **** whatsapp line!!
