Webafrica is THE WORST

Worst service I have ever experienced. You cannot download a previous month's invoice from there website and their Whatsapp service is pathetic. The agents simply stop responding, and cannot resolve an issue and then simply lie. You are unable to lodge a complaint via phone or email. The email service has been discontinued but agents still give you the address. Lodging a complaint with Icasa against them. They also won't cancel my service even though I gave them the required notice.
