WebAfrica is the worst

Webafrica and Vuma are the worst ISPs I have ever seen...I was supposed to get my refund 2 months ago... after attempts to get hold of them eventually I got hold of them they promised to pay my refund in 3-5 days then they paid R249 into my account instead of R649.
