WebAfrica is the worst

NEVER USE WEBAFRICA. I got a WiFi and it doesn't work, I keep getting a round around with no results yet receive SMS stating my services are active. Paid for nothing and they don't even wanna cancel the subscription trying to charge me twice for a service never provided.
