WEBAFRICA IS THE WORST!!!!

Two weeks ago I signed up for fibre, before getting to the payment page their website kicked me out and then took me to my webafrica account. No payment was taken. I contacted their customer service via whatsapp (the worst), who advised that they will be sending me a link to make the payment manually from my end. Two weeks later, Im still waiting for a link to make payment. I cant go to another service provider because they are sayig that Im already signed up with Webafrica.

I regret signing up with you! The worst customer service ever!
