Webafrica is the worst

Wifi has been down for one week. Webafrica has 1. ignored messages, 2. says there is an outage but wont provide a ticket; 3. says there is no outage. I was finally helped by someone called Jocelyn today, but all she could tell me was that there is an outage and Vumatel will contact me. While she helped as much as she could, I will be cancelling with Webafrica. Their service is SHOCKINGLY poor.
