Webafrica is the worst

After delivering a router that did not switch on and taking them over 3 weeks to exchange it. They are telling me I owe them R1900 for a service i did not use for one day. I have your router in the box and you expect me to wait at home so you can collect ?

I don't understand how i am liable for R1900 for a service i never used. The router delivered was faulty .
