Webafrica is the worse ISP

So disappointed at webafrica. My mom has been without her paid fibre for 2 weeks now. Been in contact but I'm being sent from pillar to post. No one is helping me or trying to resolve this issue. All they say is you are being transferred to someone who can assist with this issue. I have never experienced such bad service in incompetence before the worse ISP ever hope they close their doors soon.
