Webafrica is the pits

Since Friday 2022.10.14 I've been struggling to sort out my line that has been suspended, Friday while day online, saterday whole day online, Sunday and Monday online. 2022.10.17 at 16.37 the issue still haven't been resolved all answer I get the the issue has been escalated with no proof if is was and the issue still is not resolved. I tried to cancel them then I still get escalated, its frustrating and a costly affair. I have no words for this pathetic service.
