Webafrica is the new Telkom

Service from Webafrica is appalling. Each experience I have is getting worse - and there seems to be zero care in the world from them to correct their mistakes, their incompetence and general business.

I've lodged complaints about the poor service on the so called "self service" WhatsApp and online chat.

I've lodged complaints about speed and no technical assistance.

I've logged requests for line upgrade - it took more than 72hrs and me having to follow up for something to be done AND STILL wasn't done correctly and my speed is no where near where it should - and STILL no technical assistance.

The worst ISP in the country - time to switch - we need to boycott and leave Webafrica.
