Webafrica is the most useless fibre based on history of service of 75% time issues

This is the most useless internet in south Africa. I joined them 4 months ago and three times (yes, 75% of the time ) I had no no connection for at least 3-7days....is this service we pay? Unlimited fibre wifi at premium price? They are the worst in south Africa...it's cost me thousands of rands of lost business and they don't care, because their service provider zoom is so useless and ***********....customer service does not exit with this company as long as you paid them for the month....it's better getting bitten by blood sucking mosquitos than having this service
