Webafrica is the most terrible service provider

Please refund me, since joining you guys and making payment on the 4th December till now you haven't installed. I call you every single day and have spent over 500 bucks in airtime, holding 20 30 minutes each time with your terrible service desk. I demand a full refund and will try other service provider. JUST PAY ME BACK!
