Webafrica is the most incompenent and dishonest company i have ever had a service with

Webafrica is the most incompenent and dishonest company i have ever had a service with. They are ********** and their customer services is pathetic.. My account was deactivated for two months by them although my payments were up to date. They **** that they did not request for my Fibre line to be disconnected and after proof was provided that they did they then was supposedly apologetic.. it took them another month to process my credits and after returning their free to use router i still receive a bill. Their agents can never assist and make a million excuses.. why this company is still allowed to trade is beyond my understanding as they are extremely *********** and clearly do not have the integrity or infrasture to successfully assist clients with the service they offer.
