Webafrica is terrible

This is the worst internet service provider ever. Firstly you cannot actually speak to a person via phone. Only whatsapp …if you get answered. I have cancelled with them in March already, paid my month’s notice, but still they deduct the money from my account. I call that theft. I do not know what to do anymore. So furious.
