WebAfrica is stalling

Been waiting almost a week for WebAfrica to come install fibre, their site both says I owe nothing and that I need to pay, going through their several hour long support bot finally got in touch with an agent, only to say I haven’t paid, then I showed a proof of payment for their excuse to change to it hasn’t reflected on their end and I need to wait 5-7 business days
