Webafrica is so unprofessional

Web africa is very unprofessional, I tried since 09:00 to call them since I want to change the debit account but they are not answering their phones, they are just depleting our airtime. I even tried the WhatsApp but no agent is helping until now. All I want now is to cancel my my account and look elsewhere.

Please call me asap and avoid loosing a client.
