Webafrica is simply the WORST ISP

In all my life I never experienced such awful service from any company before. All I needed was clarification on a matter but their Employees on the WhatsApp Helpdesk is just so unhelpful. Every response is similar to chatting to a Bot. So Generic. Their helpline is basically on repeat forcing you to use the WhatsApp portal. If I hear SuperSuperBusy one more time I might drown myself. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. How is this company still in business? Steer well away from them
