Webafrica is sick

Worst experience of my life . DO NOT USE THEM. They talk sweet but they do not care about the customer. I app**** for the promo (R550) because I migrated from a different ISP and I specifically stated I do not need a router as I have one. But was debited R778 due to them still adding they delivery fee for the router. but when enquiring about it they said they would credit me. I only had the fund in my account for the agreed amount (R550) so my account went into a minus and the bank reversed it due to limited amount of funds, now my line is suspended and they want more money instead of fixing the issue , they giving me the run around . I REGRET JOINING THIS ISP .
